At Beardo India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Verify Condition

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoices for a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or Beardo Wallet within 7-10 business days.
